Sales Manager

For this opportunity, you will be responsible for recruiting, motivating, planning and managing a sales team of 20-40 reps. Our offering is a n"no-brainer" and our sign up rate is close to 30% so it's not a difficult sale.

This position is for someone who possesses strong leadership traits, great problem solving ability and excellent coaching / training skills to lead the team to success.

This position is for Full-Time Employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create strategic plans to win and get new contractors onboarded onto our system
  • Recruit, train, coach and manage a sales team of 20-40 reps
  • Streamline processes and improve sales flow
  • Motivate, encourage and get sales team to perform on a daily basis
  • Define KPI's, monitor performance and report progress to company Founder and Exec team
  • Create a fun, team culture that empowers people (this is not a cut-throat environment)
  • Incentivize staff with fun spiffs or prizes for reaching goals
  • Improve sales processes, scripts and efficiency (strong analyzing ability)
  • Anything else that you can think of to add value to this role

Requirements:

  • Proven success as a Sales Manager OR proven success in a high-responsibility, leadership role
  • Ability to problem solve and find solutions to problems
  • Strong coaching, recruiting and training skills
  • Ability to work from our nice office here in Denver 2-3 days a week - the rest is remote.
