• Uncover new potential opportunities through testing, problem-solving and analysis
• Leading the marketing team to success
• Create and maintain a fun, team culture that empowers your team
• Improving upon what's already working to maximize efforts
• Anything else you can think of to add value to this role

Requirements:

• Proven success as a Marketing Manager OR proven success in a high-responsibility, leadership role
• Ability to problem solve and find solutions to problems
• Strong coaching, recruiting and training skills
• At least 5 years marketing experience (direct response marketing, paid advertising campaigns, SEO, uncovering new opportunities by taking a "experimental" approach, etc.
• Ability to work from our office here in Denver 2-3 days a week - the rest is remote.
